Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Email us at info wear.reemu@gmail.com to raise your exchange request within 24 hours of delivery. Our email team will revert within 48 hours.
Please note: Sun & public holidays are non working days. Please do not expect a reply in non-working days & hours but your queries will be addressed if you have raised a complaint within 42 hours of delivery.
Step 2 :-
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect from our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Step 3 :-
Eligibility of Return or Exchange
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 24-48 hours after delivery of purchase. After that we won't consider any query regarding return or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed. The garment must not be smelly, basically must be unused and as fresh as new .we only initiate the process with that.
All the tags, packaging, bills must be intact on the garment.
Garments on sale will not be applicable for exchange.
Step 4 :-
RETURN/EXCHANGE TIMELINE
The procedure takes 10 -12 working days to be completed. Upon receiving the garment, our team will inspect the product for upto 2 working days. Our team will dispatch your desired exchange product or refund and notify you via email or you'll get a message on your number.
Step 5 :-
FINALIZE REFUND/EXCHANGE
Once your exchange request is approved and processed, we will confirm the details with you via email and provide any necessary tracking information for the replacement item or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
